                  Recommended for 5vs5 matches up to 16vs16.

how to play       place fortsntowerassault.pk3 in your /xonotic/data folder
                  start xonotic
                  choose Assault mode from the "create" menu on multiplayer tab
                  Pick this map from the menu.

construction

Time of work:   Original map - 3 months (around 100 hours of work). Modifications made for assault - About 5 hours.
known bugs:     When outside the bases. If you fly to the top of the map the inside of the base can be seen sometimes.
                This is probably because the sky texture is very close to the ceilings of inside the base.

Differences with the original version

Changes:

 -Removed red base, erd textures are still on the pk3, though.


 -Vehicles can now be taken by anyone. They no longer have teams assigned.


 -Added some hinting in the bases. It will also give you more fps now.


 Additions:

 -Tons of containers to the first attackers spawn side. They won't be easy target for defender's raptors.
 
 -2 vehicles for attackers close to first spawnpoints.

 -3 small observation towers with jetpacks to help attackers get to the top of the big tower easily.

 -More weapons and items all around the map, so that defenders and attackers can fight after spawing all the time.
  This was necessary since spawnpoints change with objectives, so there were some places where no weapons were close after you spawned.
