1.  Typo in Quiz 2 (Q13)

There is a typo in question 13 of second quiz.

The question intended to ask for finding the transverse magnetization instead of longitudinal magnetization. Thus, the notation in the answer choice should be Mxy instead of Mz

Unfortunately, we cannot make corrections to the quiz due to the system platform (any changes made in the quiz will reset all records).

2. O/X type questions

To prevent any further confusion, we will change the notation of answer choice to TRUE/FALSE instead of O/X for previous O/X type questions starting from week 4.

3. Regrade for Quiz 1

We found that the answer for question 5 in quiz 1 is incorrect.

Varying magnetic field changes the precession speed of protons, not the size of protons.

We will change the answer for question 5 and regrade quiz 1.

Please check your quiz 1 grade again.

4. Clarifying the question 11 in Quiz 4

To make the question more understandable, the original sentence is to be changed as "The central 10 lines of the k-space comes from the physical area corresponding central 10 lines of the MR image."

5. Question 16 in Quiz 1

There are multiple answers for question 16 because of phrase wording.

The word “get” can be interpreted in two different ways in this question.

If you focus on “spatial information”, the right answer should be gradient coil.

If you focus on “get” and interpret it as receiving, the right answer should be reception RF coil.

Both answers will be marked as correct.

6. Quiz 4 is modified to present the answers and explanation after the submission.

We found that the correct answers don't appear if the selected option is not correct after the submission.

We modified the submission to show the answers upon the submission, and corrected some typos in Quiz 4.
