Using focused social media is an optional way to complement the study you do here. If you use Facebook, consider joining other students to keep up on this course when you are outside of Coursera. Join us on the course Facebook group to discuss and share resources. Or create your own groups with other students on the course. You can set up your own study groups in other social media platforms, or use the discussion forums we provide here. This is all about giving you more options and you have a choice in the way you prefer to study.

Connect

Think about forming a study group outside of this website with other students and discuss this week's topic with them. Try connecting with your fellow students using some of the tools presented below.

  • Discussion forums: Use the Course Discussion Forums here to discuss the weekly topics or find out if there are other students who want to work together and arrange a meeting or common workspace online to share your ideas.

  • Follow @logic1mooc: If you use Twitter, think about following @logic1mooc or using the hashtag #logic1mooc to share resources and ideas with other Twitter users who are in this course. Ask questions and share web pages that you have found useful. Twitter is a good way to spread the word outside your own circles, and to get input from the wider world.

  • Meetup: Check to see if there are some Logic students in your local geographic location. Perhaps you could get together to discuss the subject?
