Tips for Working with Coursera Help Center
Viewing Videos
Because courses in Coursera are largely delivered in a video format, you will need access to a computer with a high-speed Internet connection. If you are experiencing difficulties viewing the videos, please see Lecture Video Preferences, below. Coursera also provides the ability to dynamically switch between the current lecture slide and video. For instructions on how to use this functionality, click here. Note that this only works when viewing the video through the Coursera site.
Browser
Coursera works most effectively in the Chrome browser. You can download a free copy of Chrome at http://www.browserscore.com/chrome/
