Hello, this weeks lecture is given by Zack
Moir and Nikki Moran.
You met Zack last week.
Nikki Moran joined the Reid School of
Music in 2007.
Her research specialism is in Music As
Social Interaction, and she
teaches all levels of undergraduate and
post graduate students at Edinburgh.
In this week's lecture, we will build on
what we discussed last week
looking specifically at sharps and flats
and the way that we use them.
We'll also look at key signatures, minor
scales, and minor keys and finally, how
we can extend the stave to represent a
wider range of notes in written music.
