The files under /pub/educational/eurosec2020-pandacap-dataset/ are files from an Internet honey pot! These files were downloaded from an academic torrent meant for people who study computer forensics. These files probably do contain malware so use them at your own risk!!
You can get the torrents for the VODO media files to download them via BitTorrent. Downloading via BitTorrent enables you to make sure you are downloading the complete files.
A handful of the VODO torrents are not finished downloading. A very small amount, like maybe 6, have not even started to download. It is possible to download incomplete files! However, even in their incomplete state, they should still play okay because the main video files are mostly downloaded, like 98% completed.
